The hotel had a wonderful view and was clean and well-stocked. However, there were constant vibrations in the room which made it unpleasant. The check-in process was delayed past 4 pm.

The hotel's location was awesome, very close to all the parts of the beach I love. However, the sales pitches for timeshares and condos were a bit intrusive.

The dining at Captain's Cove was amazing, but it could be pricey. The breakfast buffet, however, was excellent with fresh croissants.

The hotel provided stunning ocean views and spacious rooms, yet they seemed smaller than in the pictures. The maintenance supervisor, Eric, was welcoming, although there were some issues with our ceiling during our stay. The location was good, close to shops and restaurants, but the resort needs a facelift. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food, with a wonderful cook preparing omelets and waffles.

The hotel seemed to be a bit off from the beach, yet offered a nice property with friendly staff, conveniently close to shops and restaurants. However, parking was a bit of a hassle, and some areas seemed disorganized. Rooms were still unusable, but the overall property and staff were pleasant.
